Mainly used for the workover service of 8000m depth (2—7/8" oil tubing) oil and Oil well. Adopt special carriers, which are made by ourselves.
The main parts and components such as Crown block, Mast and Travelling system etc. meet API standards.
Swivel, Rotary Hose, Links, Hydraulic tongs, Pneumatic slips, Square bushing, Rotary table and Substructure (including Slide and Ladder etc.) are optional.

Oil-Electric Dual Power Workover Rig

Electric Dual Power

Dual power workover rig is equipped with unique dual—input transmission case, and makes use of site power network and adopts variable frequency driving technology. One motor can satisfy the driving requirement of the draw works during normal operation, meanwhile Diesel engine of chassis is backup power supply, power can be switched depending on the requirement. Main body of workover rig is self—propelled, centralized control and operation. It has advantage of high efficiency, energy saving, emission reduction and environmental protection, and greatly reduce the operation cost. It can be made in skid—mounted electric workover rig according to the well site requirements, it is equipped with four hydraulic outrigger, which can realize to ascend and descend independently without hoisting equipment. It is transported by truck and flat—bed trailer. The main parts and components such as Crown block, Mast and Traveling system meet API standards.

Switched Magnetism Reluctance Double Power Workover Rig

Double power workover rig mainly consists of homemade special Chassis for workover rig, Diesel engine power unit, Electric power unit which is consists of Switched magnetism reluctance motor and Transfer case, Angle gear box, Drawworks, Mast assembly, Hydraulic and Pneumatic system, Power connection box, MCC control cabinet, Electric air compressor, Electric hydraulic pump station, etc. Diesel engine power is used for the heavy—duty workover job of workover rig such as running and jam release etc; Switched reluctance motor power is used for the normal trip up and down operation.

Super capacitor energy storing dual—power workover rig mainly consists of Diesel engine power unit which is made up of Diesel engine and Hydraulic transmission box, Electric power unit which is made up of Frequency conversion motor and Mechanical transmission box, Transfer case, Angle gear box, Drawworks, Mast assembly, Super capacitor energy storing and control system, Hydraulic and Pneumatic control system, Voltage transformer, Power connection box, MCC control cabinet, Frequency conversion cabinet, Electric air compressor, Electric hydraulic pump station etc. The workover rig can use the power of pumping unit (70kW) in well site to do the workover service (less than 90t).
The power of Diesel engine is used for the heavy load workover job of workover rig, such as running and jam release etc. The power of Frequency conversion motor is used for the normal trip—up and down operation

Electric Workover Rig

Electric workover rig is a new—type, high—efficiency, energy—saving, environmental—protection workover equipment, which is made up of the second—class chassis, voltage transformer, power distribution cabinet, frequency conversion control cabinet, AC frequency conversion motor, angle gear box, drawworks assembly, mast assembly, traveling system, electric lubricating system, air compression system, hydraulic and pneumatic control system and its accessories, etc. The wellsite power is used as its power source when it works. The power is output through power distribution box (1 140V or 380V) of the pumping unit in well site, changed into 380V AC after passing through voltage transformer, then put into power distribution box and AC frequency conversion cabinet, then put into the main motor after passing through AC frequency conversion controller. The main motor drives the angle gear box and the drawworks to do the trip up and down tubing operation.

It is mainly used for the workover service within 4000m (2-7/8" oil tubing) oil well. With assistant equipments, it can meet the requirements of drilling operation. It Adopts 4x4 self—propelled carrier which is made by ourselves. It has good cross—country performance. Transmission gear of rotary table, Rotary table and Substructure are optional. Workover Rig Without Guy line

The workover rig is a small workover rig on which there is no need to install wind load guy lines according to large number of shallow well and short operation cycle. The other guy lines are installed on its own support without anchor fixing, which greatly improves the efficiency of disassembly and remove. It can work under condition of adjustable wind speed ( 12 Grade 60kN ) and maximum wind speed ( 8 Grade 35kN ) , suitable for shallow oil well in most oil fields.
Unique anti—rollover and anti—overturn devices, anti—slope displayer ensure security and stability during working.

Snubbing Workover Rig

It can do conventional workover operation and workover operation with pressure in oil—gas wells and water injection well in case if the wellbore pressure is no blowout. This can effectively protect the ground pressure, reduce oil layer pollution and enhance oil recovery.

Flush-By Rig

The rig is dual—use equipment with workover and flushing operation.
Adopt 8 x 4 self—propelled carrier, deck—mounted diesel engine matches with hydraulic transmission case, the power is transferred to front and rear drive axle of carrier, drawworks, transfer case and pump assembly. The transmission case connects with hydraulic pump to supply hydraulic power for the equipments on the rig.
