HD-T100A Tractor Drilling Rig

HD-T100A

HD-T100 is a multi-purpose drilling rig with both air and water drilling function and uses tractor as the carrier chassis. It is suitable for seismic exploration, mine exploration and other borehole construction operations in jungle, farms, hills, deserts and other areas. The drilling rig can meet the construction requirements of air hammer drilling, air drilling, mud drilling and auger drilling. The maximum drilling depth is 100 meters.

The drilling rig uses the Lovol 904 (4×4) tractor as the carrier chassis which can be used to complete the drilling task in the accessible area. It has strong cross-country ability, high construction efficiency and wide adaptability.

Technical characteristics of drilling rig:

The hydraulic power of the drilling rig comes from the chassis output PTO.
The hydraulic main system adopts load-sensitive variable system, which is used to drive the rotation, feeding and lifting of drilling tools. The auxiliary hydraulic system adopts the quantitative system, which is used to drive the hydraulic support leg, the up and down of mast and the mud pump. Hydraulic system is equipped with cooling device.
Door structure type mast can meet 2 meters drilling rig connection and disconnection, effectively reduces the moving center of gravity, and enhances the drilling rig's cross-country capability in complex terrain.
The rear of the drilling rig equipped with two sets of hydraulic legs, suitable for all kinds of uneven surface drilling requirements, increase the stability of drilling.
