We have developed multi—function mud purifying and circulating system, which can match with ZJIO, ZJ15, ZJ20, ZJ25, ZJ30, ZJ40, ZJ50, ZJ70, ZJ90 Drilling rig and Truck— mounted rig.
According to different well site requirements we can separately design and produce suitable mud purifying equipment.
The system consists of Shale shaker, Desander, Desilter, Degaser, Sand pump, Agitator,Centrifuge and Circulating tank. Mud solid phase can be controlled within 0.2% to ensure the mud reach the international standard requirements.

The fracture flowback fluid processing device adopts skid modular structure, it can be combined according to the requirement of well site working condition, and it suitable for the waste water processing of the oil field well fracturing. The main function is to process the flowback fluid of fracturing working by dosage, dosing, flocculating setting, filtering and filter pressing, to make the flowback fluid up to the purification standard, and satisfy the requirement of reuse standard(such as reinjection etc.).

The product mainly consists of VOLVO Generator set, Cummins Generator set and natural gas Generator set. VOLVO Generator set has 15 types, rated power is 56 kW, 68 kW, 80 kW, 100 kW, 120 kW, 150 kW, 160 kW, 200 kW, 260 kW, 300 kW, 320 kW, 360 kW, 400 kW, 450 kW and 500kW. The Generator set is assembled with VOLVO Diesel engine and STAMFORD alternator. Our company introduced TTI Generator simulation load test device from Canada TOMSIN Company. All Generator set have passed strict simulation load test before leaving factory In 2001, our company won a tender that the project is to supply power, heating and water for the Antarctica Great wall station owned by the eighteenth investigation team of the Antarctica.
